Return Policy
At Bindexmall, we are committed to providing a satisfying shopping experience for every customer. However, if you receive an item that does not match your order, you can return it by following our return policy:

  • Return Period: Returns must be made within 3 days after the item is received.
  • Item Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition as when received, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returnable Items: Items can only be returned if there is an error with the product (e.g., damaged items or items that do not match the order).
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our customer service at care@bindexmall.com to initiate the return request.
    2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the received item.
    3. Unboxing Video: You are required to provide a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the item at the time of receipt. The video must fully capture the unboxing process to verify the condition of the item when opened.
    4. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the error was on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), Bindexmall will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy
If the item you received is not as ordered or is damaged, we will issue a refund according to the following policy:

  • Refund Process:
    • If the product is damaged or does not match the order, a refund will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received and verified.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase (e.g., bank transfer, GoPay, QRIS).
  • Exclusions:
    • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
    • Refunds do not apply to items that were purchased with special discounts or during promotional periods, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

NOTE:

The unboxing video is a required part of the return process. Failure to provide a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the item upon receipt will result in the return and refund request being rejected.
