- Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is between 2 to 14 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping location and product availability.
- Shipping Process:
- After payment is received, your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Once the order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number for you to track the status of your shipment.
- Delivery is made through reliable delivery partners (JNE, Tiki, Si Cepat, and J&T Express) depending on the shipping location.

Shipping Address

- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If the item you receive is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact our customer service immediately with photos and a video of the unboxing of the received item.
- Bindexmall is not responsible for damages or losses that occur after the item has been handed over to the courier, but we will assist with the claims process with the courier company.
